If your three-month complementary maintenance period is still valid or you have made a new maintenance contract with us, we give you our upgrade service with no charge. Please check if you satisfy this condition. If not, you can make a new maintenance contract with us and apply for our service.
Please indicate Product Name, Serial Number, Host-ID/Key-ID, Version Number and Release Number of the products which you have purchased and would like upgraded.
If you are using floating license, please indicate "FLOAT" in the area of Host-ID/Key-ID.
